• Each of our products are carefully checked and delivered to you and while we try to deliver exactly as in the picture, there might be very slight difference due to camera effects. 
• We don’t offer returns/exchanges in our accessories, i.e. No Refund however, in case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, here is what you need to do :  Update us within 24 Hours via Email or Ping us on Instagram. Your item will then be Exchanged. Unboxing video is mandatory including 360 view with shipping labels

• Exchange Policy
  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• • Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

• • Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at alsafurahijabs111@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions.

• • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange.

•  Damaged or Defective Items
  If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [your email address] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, arrange for an exchange of the damaged or defective item.
